Unverified. Community videos title “203” — that total stays TBA until counted in a live build. Hunt by type, not by that number.
Duskfade collectibles: Upgrade Gears, Clock Heart Pieces, Rainbow Ingots, Music Boxes, Cards, kittens, Wally. Community region names; 203 total stays TBA.
An Ezarus Forest collectible pass — main-path gears and hearts, then side pickups you can leave until a later gadget.

This Duskfade collectibles index lists verified pickup types for Duskfade, not a coordinate dump. Grab Upgrade Gears and Clock Heart Pieces on the story path; leave cosmetics and named hunts until a gadget reopens the ledge. Community videos title a 203 total — that number stays TBA. Verified August 16, 2026 · Steam.

A Duskfade collectibles search usually wants the type list first. Duskfade is a clockpunk action-platformer with one blade and three upgrade trees — pickups feed those trees, health, cosmetics, NPC errands, and lore. Counts in the table stay TBA until a live build is counted on this wiki.

| Collectible | What it does | Count | Status |

Upgrade Gears are the only confirmed spendable upgrade currency. They are not a rarity ladder and they are not a multi-weapon pool. Spend them on the three trees in Tick Town — details live on upgrades. Clock Heart Pieces sit beside that loop, not inside it: three pieces add one pip, and the max-health achievement proves the set is finite even while the published number stays TBA.
Rainbow Ingots change how Minutero looks. Music Boxes are an Arpeggio errand. Cards are a collection row. None of those three raise your health bar. If a fight is hard, leave the pretty pile and take the pip. The next section is the visit-one rule, not another type list.
On a first visit, take what keeps you alive and what you will spend at the hub. Everything else is a pin on the map. This is the decision table for Duskfade collectibles during the story path — not the 100% cleanup pass.
| If you see… | On visit one | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Upgrade Gear | Always take | Power only exists after you spend it in Tick Town |
| Clock Heart Piece | Always take | 3 = 1 pip; missing health is the expensive mistake |
| Echo on the path | Open when safe | Lore, not a stat — do not fight over it |
| Music Box | Take if it is free; return later | Arpeggio can wait until you can survive the walk back |
| Rainbow Ingot | Skip if a fight is live | Looks only — trophy is a cleanup row |
| Card / kitten / Wally | Note the spot, keep moving | Full-set trophies; gadgets reopen the ledge |
| Stained glass shard | Note it; do not force Master XII mid-story | Secret trophy — community hunts treat it as a dedicated pass |
| Flask / dye / mystery coin | Do not assume a type | Unconfirmed — mark TBA, do not invent a tracker |
A missed Clock Heart Piece is a smaller health bar for every later boss. A missed kitten is a cleanup pin. Bosses still add a platform exam at every 25% HP — extra pips matter more than a complete card binder. Combat payoff: combat.
Coverage mentions per-level tracking. This page will not invent room names or XYZ. If your HUD disagrees with a community region title, trust the HUD. Region names in the next table are community-observed labels from 100% videos, not official map copy.
Matched by build plan, shared topics, and guide progression — not random related links.
Community 100% videos already split Duskfade collectibles by biome. Treat every name below as community-observed / TBA until it matches your HUD. This is an index of where hunters are recording, not a promised official atlas. Story order still lives on the walkthrough.
| Region (community / TBA) | Hunt note | Ability gate (typical) |
|---|---|---|
| Tick Town | Hub streets, shops, return visits after each gadget | Grapple / later gadgets reopen alleys |
| Ezarus Forest | First forest stretch after town in opening coverage | Do not 100% before Grapple |
| Scorched Grove | Burned woods in opening-region footage | Same rule — main path, then later backtrack |
| Clockwork Academy | Tailord + kitten quest giver in coverage | Story visit first; kitten clear later |
| Apprentice’s Wing | Academy-adjacent name in collectible videos | TBA — likely shares Academy gadgets |
| Deepthorne | Later biome in 100% playlists | TBA — expect a later movement tool |
| Celestial Kingdom | Named in full-region collectible videos | TBA |
| Meridian Village | Named in collectible videos | TBA |
| Royal Highroads | Named in collectible videos | TBA |
| Auric Palace | Named in collectible videos | TBA |
| Desert of the Last Memory | Desert explorer trophy neighbourhood (unverified overlap) | TBA |
Playlists also name a Great Library / Scriptorium stretch and other maps. Those stay off this table until they are captured in-game. Do not stitch fan titles into a numbered route. Map geography: locations.
Tick Town is not “done” after hour one. New gadgets reopen hub ledges the same way they reopen biomes. Come home after a region to spend gears, then walk the streets you could not reach. The backtrack rule is the next section — it is the real 100% skill.
Duskfade is built so Dash, Grapple, Glide, and Rail Grind reopen old Tick Town and biome paths. That is why this Duskfade collectibles page tells you not to 100% a forest on visit one. Turn around when a new gadget exists, not when a completionist itch starts.
| You just unlocked… | Turn around for | Can wait |
|---|---|---|
| Grapple | Hook-point ledges and hanging pickups you already saw | Full kitten / Wally / card sets |
| Glide | Long drops, island gaps, high-to-low shards | Rainbow Ingot completion |
| Rail Grind | Mine / track shortcuts and off-rail chests | Cosmetic flasks (unconfirmed) |
| Blast / Chronoblast | Breakable or gated combat rooms (TBA) | Master XII if the hunt is a dedicated pass |
| A missing health pip | Any marked Clock Heart Piece | Music Boxes if Arpeggio is far |
| Story credits in reach | Nothing — finish the tower, then clean | Forcing 100% pre-tower |
Gadgets are not a second weapon. They sit on a Temporal Energy bar that refills when you deal damage. Maxing that bar is its own achievement — it is not a collectible type on this page. Kit and inputs: abilities. First-hours chain: beginner guide.
Some unofficial pages invent gear rarity, classes, and multi-weapon pools. Those are not this game. If a list names a pickup that is not in the type table above, mark it unverified. Named hunts — kittens, Wally, glass — are the next layer, not more currency.
Three Duskfade collectibles are hunts, not currency. They have named trophies, they hide, and they waste a story hour if you force them before the right gadget. Exact spot counts stay TBA.

| Hunt | Trophy row | What we will not invent |
|---|---|---|
| Tailord’s kittens | Come here right meow — catch all | Kitten count, room list, despawn rules |
| Wally hiding spots | No peeking! — find every hiding | Spot count, disguise list, order |
| Broken stained glass | Master XII’s Secret — uncover Gramps’ big secret | Shard count, map pins, puzzle steps |
Be my muse! is the story beat that helps Tailord leave the Academy. Come here right meow is the full catch. Do not conflate them. Talk to Tailord when the Academy is open; hunt cats on a cleanup pass when movement tools exist. Character notes: characters.
No peeking! asks you to find all of Wally’s hiding spots. Community clips treat it as a dedicated hunt, not something you finish in Tick Town hour one. If you walk past a suspicious hide, pin it. Do not stall a chain boss for one Wally.
Broken stained glass is the collectible that community hunts attach to Master XII’s Secret. Pickup locations are recorded in dedicated clips; this wiki will not paste unverified pins. Do the story beats that involve Gramps first (The final star is a separate help-across-the-Veil row), then run glass as its own pass.
Hunts exist because trophies exist. The last table maps which pickups actually lock a Steam row.
Not every Duskfade collectibles type is a trophy. Echoes are lore. Upgrade Gears are a tree, not a “collect all gears” row we have verified. The gold and bronze rows below are the ones that care.

| Pickup set | Steam achievement | Cleanup tip |
|---|---|---|
| Clock Heart Pieces (all pips) | A Clock Heart Piece a day… | Always take on the path; max is gold |
| Rainbow Ingots (all) | The most beautiful sword in the land | Looks only — last |
| Music Boxes → Arpeggio | Master of melody | Return in Tick Town / caves, not mid-fight |
| Card collection | Collector | Leave for gadgets |
| Tailord’s kittens (all) | Come here right meow | After Academy story, not during |
| Wally (all hidings) | No peeking! | Dedicated pass |
| Stained glass / Gramps’ secret | Master XII’s secret | Dedicated pass |
| Traveler stock (shop, not a world pile) | Shopaholic | Buy in hub — upgrades |
| Outfit shown to Palette | The mask of pain | Hub cosmetic — not a field collectible |
Breaking Tick Town’s Temporal Anchor, finding the Clockwork Academy, opening the Tower doors, escaping with Allira, and reuniting with Cuckoo are story rows. They sit on achievements and the walkthrough, not in this type table.
Trophy writeups treat Duskfade as a single playthrough with backtracking. Community platinum notes sit around 9–12 hours if you clean after the story. Keep a save before the Clock Tower until missables stay “none” on your build. Path: platinum.
If a name is still missing from your HUD, the FAQ below is the short version of this page.
Unverified. Community videos title “203” — that total stays TBA until counted in a live build. Hunt by type, not by that number.
You need the trophy-linked sets: hearts (max bar), ingots, music boxes, cards, kittens, Wally, Master XII’s secret, Traveler stock, and Palette’s outfit row. Echoes are lore. Full list: achievements.
No. New gadgets reopen old paths. Take Upgrade Gears and Clock Heart Pieces; pin the rest.
Health fragments. Three pieces become one pip. There is a max-health achievement, so the set is finite; the published count stays TBA.
Back to Arpeggio. Master of melody is the full return. Finding Arpeggio in the caves is a separate bronze.
Unconfirmed. They appear in some 100% video titles. Do not build a tracker until a live build names them.
Not on this site. Coverage mentions per-level tracking in-game. We will not invent coordinates.
