How many bosses are in Duskfade?
Unverified. Per-biome “two fights” is coverage, not a counted official roster. Do not treat a community name list as a total.
Duskfade bosses mix sword combat with a platform test every 25% HP. Learn Wrath’s lunges, slams, and Grapple interrupt. Later names stay community-observed TBA.
Wrath’s combat quarters and the health-gate platform shift — then a second community-named fight that uses the same 25% rule.

This Duskfade bosses page is the fight playbook for Duskfade: every chain fight mixes Minutero combat with a platform challenge every 25% HP. Wrath is the only boss with a captured move loop (demo end / early volcanic arena). Later names stay community-observed / TBA. Verified August 16, 2026 · Steam.
| Fact | Detail |
|---|---|
| Fight shape | Combat + platform phase every 25% HP |
| Per biome | Two boss fights in coverage — not a counted official roster |
| Wrath | Demo / early volcanic end — lunges, slams, projectiles, Grapple interrupt |
| Other names | Community-observed / TBA — no invented move numbers |
| Inputs | Minutero + gadgets — combat |
| Movement | Grapple and later tools — abilities |
| When you fight | When a Clock Tower chain or region lock is ready |
| Run length | About 11–16 hours main · ~16 hours toward 100% |
Every Duskfade bosses fight in official structure inserts a platform exam when the health bar drops another quarter. Clear it to resume combat. Treat the phase as part of the boss, not a loading screen. Movement on abilities matters as much as sword strings.
| HP gate | What the arena does | Your job |
|---|---|---|
| 100% → 75% | Boss relocates / starts a charge | Leave the floor pattern; take the outer route |
| 75% → 50% | Layout shifts again | Same rule — do not stand in the old safe spot |
| 50% → 25% | Third platform exam | Grapple, Dash, or Glide what the new geometry asks |
| 25% → 0% | Last gate, then the fight ends | Interrupt, finish, then return to Tick Town |
When the bar ticks a quarter, the boss typically leaps to a charge position and the floor stops being a simple melee ring. Wrath coverage is the template: centre leap, arena change, outer platforms, Grapple in, hit to cancel. Later Duskfade bosses reuse the same gate logic with different geometry — do not wait for a unique tutorial prompt.
If you stay in the old circle and mash heavy, the charge lands. Perfect dodge still helps in the combat quarters; it does not skip the platform exam. Potion rules stay TBA. Inputs for the sword half: combat.
Wrath is the only fight where that template is written out move by move. Use it as the drill, then apply the same gate rule to names we have not captured.
Wrath is the first widely described Duskfade bosses fight: an emotion made solid, demo end-boss, and the volcanic-arena closer in early coverage. Retail may place forest hours before this arena — if your first chain fight is not Wrath, keep the 25% rule and skip forcing the demo script.

| Phase | What Wrath does | Your answer |
|---|---|---|
| Combat (each quarter) | Fast lunge, slam, ranged / spread / burst projectiles | Lock-on, perfect dodge, deflect shots when the swing timing is clean |
| 25% / 50% / 75% gate | Leaps to arena centre and charges | Stop melee; look for the outer platform ring |
| Interrupt | Stays in the charge until you arrive | Grapple the outer hooks, close in, hit to knock the attack down |
| Resume | Back to lunges and shots | Repeat until the last gate; then the chain / lock breaks |
Coverage of the demo end: a wide lava floor, gear-blade arms, a chain on the back, fast closes, slams, and projectile spreads. The teachable tell is the centre leap — that is the gate, not a random hop. Stay locked during the combat quarter so a lunge does not leave the camera behind.
At a health gate Wrath jumps to the middle and winds a charge. Grapple the outer platforms, traverse the new layout, get close, and strike to cancel. Missing the hook is a wipe more often than missing a combo. If Grapple is not in the kit yet, you are not ready for this arena — unlock path: abilities.
No published HP, stagger value, or “best gadget DPS” exists for this page. Spend Upgrade Gears on mobility and a Clock Heart pip before the chain, then play the interrupt. Cosmetics do not change the fight. Story placement: walkthrough.
Once Wrath is a solved loop, the rest of the Duskfade bosses list is a TBA table — names without move sheets.
Matched by build plan, shared topics, and guide progression — not random related links.
A full official Duskfade bosses roster is not published. Coverage says two fights per biome. Community videos and writeups name the rows below. Treat every row except Wrath as community-observed / TBA. This page will not invent slams, HP, or platform layouts for them.

| Name | Where it shows up | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Demo end / early volcanic chain (Mount Cinder in community coverage) | Captured loop — section above | |
| Guayota | Second fight in early boss footage | Community-observed / TBA — no move sheet |
| Sadness / Tristeza | Emotion-themed name in community lists | Community-observed / TBA |
| Guilt / Culpa | Emotion-themed name in community lists | Community-observed / TBA |
| Solitude / Soledad | Emotion-themed name in community lists | Community-observed / TBA |
| Anchored Wilhelm / Wilhelm Anclado | Named in community / footage lists | Community-observed / TBA |
| Father Gaoth / Padre Gaoth | Named in community / footage lists | Community-observed / TBA |
| Watcher | Named in community lists | Community-observed / TBA |
| Despair | Story antagonist who took Allira — fight identity TBA | Community-observed / TBA |
Tristeza, Culpa, Soledad, Wilhelm Anclado, and Padre Gaoth are the same community names in Spanish copy. Do not count them twice. HUD text in your build is the label that matters.
Steam copy says Despair seized Allira. That does not automatically mean a final-arena move list. Cast context: characters. Region names around each fight: locations.
Names without a captured loop still need the same prep as Wrath: health, Grapple, and a plan for the 25% gate.
Duskfade has no weapon swap and no traditional levels. Prep for Duskfade bosses is movement, a health pip, and Temporal Energy for gadgets — not a loadout screenshot.
| If you keep dying to… | Spend or grab | Leave for later |
|---|---|---|
| The platform gate | Grapple / Dash / Glide nodes on Zirian | Rainbow Ingot hunts |
| Lunges and slams | Clock Heart Pieces (3 = 1 pip), then survivability gears | Cuckoo flavour assists |
| Projectile spreads | Perfect dodge + deflect timing — combat | A fake “best shotgun DPS” plan |
| Empty gadget bar | Deal damage to refill Temporal Energy; gadget nodes once Blast exists | Maxing a tree you do not use |
| Getting lost after the win | Return to Tick Town — walkthrough | The next fan-list biome on a spreadsheet |
Blast / Chronoblast spend Temporal Energy and refill when you deal damage. They help in combat quarters; they do not skip the platform exam. Full kit: abilities. Tree list: upgrades.
If this is your first chain, run the movement drill on the beginner guide before you treat Wrath as a DPS check.
When the floor suddenly is not a floor, that is the next section — not a bug.
If the ring you were slashing is gone, you hit a 25% gate. Duskfade bosses change the battlefield on purpose. Look up, find hooks or rails, and play the platform route. Standing still is the charge.

| What you see | What it usually means | Do this |
|---|---|---|
| Boss leaps to centre / a perch | Health gate — charge incoming | Stop the melee string; find the outer path |
| New floating platforms or hooks | The exam layout | Grapple / Dash / Glide the route, then hit to interrupt |
| Same lunges after you land a hit | Combat quarter resumed | Lock-on and play the sword loop again |
| Lock / chain VFX after the last gate | Fight over | Return to Tick Town; spend gears; do not 100% the biome yet |
Footage after Wrath shows a second fight (community-labeled Guayota). This page will not write a slam list we have not verified. Apply the gate table. If the HUD name differs from the roster, trust the HUD.
The next map is usually Tick Town, not the next name on a fan list. Hub loop: walkthrough. Region labels: locations.
If you only needed Wrath, you already have the interrupt. The FAQ covers the questions that still stall a search.

Yes in demo / early coverage: lava arena, lunges, slams, projectiles, Grapple interrupt at health gates. Marked captured here; retail placement can shift.
A platform challenge. Clear it (often Grapple on the outer route) and hit the boss to cancel the charge, then resume combat.
They appear in community videos and writeups. This page labels them community-observed / TBA and will not invent moves.
No. Minutero is the only main weapon. Gadgets sit on Temporal Energy — combat and abilities.
Grapple / mobility and Clock Heart Pieces. Cosmetics wait. Trees: upgrades.
Despair is the story antagonist who took Allira. The fight identity and move list stay TBA.
